From Leesburg:

Drive north on U.S. 27/441 through Fruitland Park. Pass the North Lake Flea Market on the right. The first paved road past the flea market is Register Road. Turn right onto Register Road and then left onto the first driveway.

From Lady Lake / Villages:

Drive south toward Leesburg on U.S. Highway 27/441. After entering Fruitland Park city limits notice the Florida Highway Patrol center on the right. Immediately after the FHP you will see the Fleetwood Home Center on the left. The road past the home center is Register Road. Turn into the turn lane and then left onto Register Road. The first driveway on the left is the entrance to the "church with a friendly welcome".
